Hi there, Just a quick note to say thankyou for such great service. I ordered my swatch 'around2' watch last Sunday and it arrived on the Wednesday, which was pretty amazing considering it was a bank holiday on the Monday !! When it arrived it was packaged beautifully with a hand-written apology for having to fold the packaging. It's very rare these days to get such a personal touch, especially in internet shopping, so I wanted to thank you personally. I shall definitely be using your website again, and my mum is also deciding which one to buy herself !!! Keep up the good work,

I purchased a Kachelofen watch GF108 from you just prior to Christmas. I ordered it after the last date (I think it was the 16th) and when I phoned to enquire what the chances were of receiving it before Christmas I was told you did not have one in stock and therefore they were slim! I was consequently so pleased to receive it on 23rd December and would like to thank you very much for your efforts, my son was thrilled to bits with it.

After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

For UK orders you will normally receive your order in 7 to 10 business days. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

Encryption is derived from Cryptography, from the Greek words Crypto (secret) and Graphh (Writing). Secret or hidden writing.

- The packaging of the goods must be unmarked and undamaged
- All returns must be authorised by us via email in advance of the return
- Carriage costs for despatch and returning the Goods are your responsibility
- The Goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by us
- All goods must be returned within 7 days
1.1 If the upon receipt the returned Goods fail to meet the above conditions then the Supplier may refuse to accept the Goods or charge a restocking fee (£20 or 20% whichever is greater).
2. Faulty Products If you believe your goods have been delivered faulty or damaged, or a fault appears in the first 30 days after delivery please contact watch-heaven.com, Tel. 0845 126 7858 for assistance. If your problem can’t be resolved by telephone or email the item can be returned for testing providing the following conditions are met:
- All returned Goods must be authorised. Goods should be returned complete (including all packaging, cables, manuals, CD’s etc for that product)
- Return shipping cost are your responsibility. If the item tests faulty as described, we will refund your shipping costs to a maximum of £6.50
- The goods are your responsibility until signed for by us.
If the goods are found to be faulty

Faults under warranty If the item develops a fault within the manufacturers warranty period you can either return the item to the manufacturer or to watch-heaven.com, though in most cases it is speedier to return the item to the manufacturer directly. In returning the item to watch-heaven.com the following conditions must be met:
- All returned Goods must be authorised by email in advance Goods should be returned complete (including all packaging, cables, manuals, CD’s etc for that product) unless advised otherwise.
- The goods are your responsibility until signed for by us
- Goods found faulty under warranty will be replaced or repaired at the manufacturer's discretion, the balance of the outstanding warranty period shall apply to the repaired or replaced goods.
- Return shipping cost are your responsibility
